摘要
本文基于孔、轴尺寸和装配尺寸三个分布之间的关系提出一套配合能力指数,从而为由已知孔、轴配合零件批的统计参数预测和控制配合性质和装配质量提供一个评价尺度。基于配合能力和工序能力分析所发展的应用方法为以较低的制造成本实现较高的装配精度提供了一种新的精益生产模式的选择。
A set of Fit Capability Indices developed from Process Capability indices for predicting and controlling the degree of meeting fit specifications by the machining pro-cesses of the mating sizes are presented in this paper based on the relation among the distri-butions of hole/shaft mating sizes and fit sizes. The approach on the base of fit capability and process capability analysis for acquiring optimum assembly accuracy with lower manu-facturing cost provides a new selection for manufacturing more precise mating parts.
