摘要
笔者采用8031单片机为核心,设计研制了渗碳微机控制系统,用氧探头作为传感器,微流量电磁阀作为渗剂供给执行机构,组成炉气氛碳势模糊控制串级调节系统,解决了以往碳势控制回路中控制稳定性差的缺点。
A microcomputer controlled system for carburization technology has been developed and its prototype manufactured. This system was actually a series regulation sys-tem consisting of an oxygen probe as the carbon sensor, a micro-flow electromagnetic valve as the device to provide carburizer and used for controlling carbon potential in fur-nace atomsperes, by means of which relatively poor regulating stability of the current con-trolling system could be overcome.
