摘要
对从事于企业文化建设的研究和实践的工作者,为了推动企业文化建设的健康发展,必须从动态和静态两方面加深对企业文化建设的理解,尤其应掌握企业文化建设的程序,并加以灵活运用。
Those who were engaged in researching and practising construction of enterpise culture should understanded both dynamically and statically, especially empha-sizing on the construction process of enterprise culture and and putting it into practice.
