摘要
1997年,我们县委、县政府紧紧抓住去年6大工程胜利竣工和全县干部群众积极性空前高涨的有利时机,因势利导,把以交通、能源为重点的基础设施建设作为全县工作的重点来抓,确定了18大37项重点工程。
Pengxi County successfully completed 6 major projects in 1996.The enthusiasm of the county's cadres and masses for socialist construction soared to unprecedanted hights.The county government lost no time in fucusing their efforts on infrastructure construction with transportation and energy as the key link.They defined 18 major projects consisting of 37 items in 1997.Although it was hit by drought in 3 consecutive years and nagged by the grave shortage of funds,the county overcame one difficulty after another to ensure the full completion of the 18 major projects on Sep.28,1997.A historical change took place in transportation,power supply as well as in the appearance of the city.To further meet the wishes of the people,the county is determined to speed up the pace towards its preset goal.
