有一家人。户主刘学洙君,干了大半辈子新闻,原任贵州日报社长兼总编,经常熬更守夜忙活:写要闻,赶言论,采访。不知不觉撞了60这条不尴不尬的红线,立刻行若无事地换上一套新的生活方式。

Mr.Liu Xuezhu had been a professional newspaperman for the greater part of his years before he retired as director and chiefeditor of Guizhou Daily. His retired life is a regular one he gets used to quickly under the proper guidance of his wife.In addition he spent quite some time in social activities and in writing for selfentertainment and he is fond of it. Mr.Liu's father-in-law is a senior engineer who had devoted his work years to building power stations.This almostcentenarian gentleman lives an independent life in his daughter's house:he spends four or five hours a day reading and he writes in English a book entitled Power History of China.He is a subscriber to various English professional journals from which he absorbs knowledge.His best wish is to go and see Hong Kong for his own eyes after her reunification with China on July 1.1997.
