摘要
在现代教育评价理论的基础上,系统阐述了评价技能运用的基本过程、主要误区和训练的基本要求,讨论了三种不同评价及其相互关系,描述了影响教师评价的心理状态。
Planning is one of the basic professional skills for middle school teachers. A modern teaching plan should base itself upon the theories on learning, teaching and communication. In the light of these theories, this paper makes a particular discussion about the basic process of the planning skill application, and a systematic discussion about the misuses of the planning skill and the basic requirements forthe training in the skill in question.
