摘要
论述了教师教学技能之一的讨论技能的基本要素，分析了课堂讨论的程序、进程、组织与形式，讨论要达到预定的教学目的，须掌握课堂讨论基本功；提出了讨论技能训练的基本要求。
This paper discusses the basic aspects of the discussing skill,one of the teacher's professional skills,and analyzes the procedure,process,organization and form of the classroom discussion.It holds that,in order for the classroom discussion to attain its teaching goal,the teacher must have a good grasp of the discussing skill.It indicates the basic requirements for the training in the skill.
