讲解是教学过程常用的技能之一，几乎在每一堂课的教学活动中，都有教师的讲解过程。教师的讲解技能的熟练程度，直接影响教学的效果。它在具体的运用中有不同的种类和要求。

Self moulding is an important and necessary channel for the teacher's self development. In the process of accumulating his teaching experience and improving his personal quality, the teacher cannot do without conscious self moulding. The trace or development function of self moulding can be found either in enriching his soul by moulding his values or in improving his mental quality by moulding his temperament.
