In the light of Deng Xiaoping's overall and profound analysis of the internal contradiction factors in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, this paper discusses seven relations concerning this fiels. They are cultural construction in relation to the construction of ideology and morality, construction versus resistance, means of education and law, developing the cream of China's traditional culture in relation to absorbing the outstanding results of foreign civilizations, starting point and fundamental tasks, key links and principles, and the Party's leadership in relation to the masses line.
