Basic Issues on the Moral Education Reform in Institutions of Higher Learning

高校德育改革的基本问题包含以下六方面:(1)摆正位置,转变观念;(2)德育目标由理想型向素质型转变;(3)拓宽内容,把德育学科作为人文社会科学的重点学科来建设;(4)构造整体化、全方位开放的大德育格局;(5)建设一支专兼职结合、政治坚定、业务精湛的队伍;(6)制定科学的评估体系。

The moral education reform in institutions of higher learning involves the following six aspects:(1) placing moral education in a correct position and updating modes of thought; (2) transforming the target from idealism to quality improvement',(3) enriching the content and turning moral education into a key discipline in the field of the humanities and social sciences;(4) establishing a grand structure for moral education which is complete and comprehensively open;(5) forming a professional team of full-time and part time teachers with a firm political orientation and high professional proficiency;and (6) working out a scientific evaluation system.
