手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析

The results of surgery treatment for herniated lumbar discs

本文对我科在1956～1995年手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症1420例进行了随访研究,其中987例资料完整平均随访5.6年。手术方法包括开窗术,半椎板切除术,全椎板切除术和腰椎管成形术,手术后复发率是4％,并发症是3％,根据prolo腰椎术后功能评分89％的病人疗效优良。

This paper presents a ling-term follow up study of 1420 patients operated on for a herni-ated lumbar disc between 1956 and 1995. It was possible to fllow 987 patients from the time of operation to the time of writing. The mean follow up period was 5-6 years. The operative procedure were fenestration, hemilaminectomy, laminectamy and lumbar laminoplasty. The recurrence rate was 4 %. The complication rate was 3%.The Prolo Functional Economic Outcome Rating Scale was used to measure Long-term outcome .In 89% of patients the outcome was good.
