杜芪强身口服液扶正补虚抗氧化和益肾壮阳作用研究

EFFECTS OF DU QI QIANG SHENG ORAL LIQUID(DQ)ON FUZHENG BUXU ANTI-OXIDATION AND YISHEN STRENGTHEN YANG

药效学研究表明,杜芪强身口服液有明显的扶正补虚作用。其抗疲劳效果显著(P<0.01),能延长小鼠游泳时间,大剂量是对照组的2.4倍。在常压下,能提高小鼠缺氧耐力,大剂量(5g.kg^(-1))能明显延长小鼠存活时间(P<0.01)。并能明显增加红细胞内SOD的含量(为86.24％),抗氧化作用显著(P<0.01)。在益肾壮阳实验中,能有效的对抗由羟基脲引起的小鼠肾阳虚作用,睾丸和副性器官的重量明显增加,并能显著提高肾阳虚小鼠和正常大鼠血清睾丸酮的含量。提示,杜芪强身口服液可能有促进动物雄激素分泌作用,益肾壮阳效果明显。

Du Qi Qiang Sheng oral liquid consists of nine Chinese traditional drugs. Iis effects on antifatigue、antianoxia and anti-oxidation were studied. 1. Antifatigue experiment. Forty male mice, were divided into four groups at ramdom :① Saline control (SC );②positive drug control -Nan Bao(NB) ;③ DQ high dosage group(5g/kg, HD) ;④DQ low dosage group(2g/kg, LD). The drugs were given once a day for two weeks.The results indicated that DQ- HD prolonged swimming duration time by 2. 4 - fold( P < 0.01 ; SC 34. 75 ± 6. 88 min, DQ - HD 81. 88 ± 8. 25 min). 2. Antianoxia experiment. Four above mentioned groups of animals were used. After take drugs for 40 min, the mice were put into bottles. The living time was recorded respectively. DQ -HD prolonged the living time by 37.21% of SC(SC 18.56± 2.12mm, HD 25.39±2.14 min;P < 0.05). 3. Antioxidation experiment. After twenty-one days treatment, both DQ - LD and DQ -HD increased the activity of SOD in rats RBC by 57.4% and 86.24% respectively. 4. Strengthen yang effect. After treatment with both DQ - HD and DQ - LD markedly increase the level of testosterone secretion in rats and renal yang void rats by 130.11 % and 52.9% respectively.
