摘要
为探索小檗碱对体液免疫系统的作用,本试验用硫酸黄连素观察其整体用药后对小鼠血清溶血素和IgG浓度的影响,用~3H—TdR掺入法离体给药观察其对小鼠B淋巴细胞转化的作用。结果表明:硫酸黄连素可明显降低血清溶血素和IgG含量,显著抑制B淋巴细胞转化。提示硫酸黄连素可抑制体液免疫功能。
In order to investigate the effects of berberine on humoral immunity, we observed that berberine sulphate(BS)acted on the concentration of the serum hemolysin and immunoglobu-lin G(IgG)in vivo, and on the B-lymphocyte transformation with 3H-TDR incorporated in vitro, in mice. The results showed that the levels of the serum hemolysin and IgG were decreased, B-Lymphocyte transformation was inhibited by BS significantly. It suggests that BS inhibited the function of humoral immunity.
