国产设备生产优质混凝土空心砌块的探讨

在分析用国产设备生产优质混凝土空心砌块可能性和生产优质混凝土空心砌块基本条件的基础上，提出用国产设备生产优质混凝土空心砌块的技术途径：严格控制原材料质量和混凝土配合比、掺用混凝土减水剂、采用净浆裹砂（石）搅拌工艺，应用双掺技术、精心养护。

On the basis of analysis for the feasibility to produce quality hollow concrete block by equipment made in China and production basic conditions,the technical ways are: to control the raw materials quality and mixture ratio of concrete strictly, to add concrete water reducing agent, to adopt mixing process of sand covered with net mortar, to use double adding technology and cured carefully.
