本文对传染性单核细胞增多症（传单）的实验室诊断作了初步的探讨。结果显示各种特异性抗EB病毒抗体的阳性率高，特异性强；而嗜异性凝集试验作为传单的诊断假阳性率较高，它对传单的诊断价值值得商榷。

The article inquires primarily into the experimental diagnosis of infectious mononucleosis(IM). The results show that detection of anti -EB virus antibody has the high positive rate andstrong speciality; otherwise the Paul - Bunnels - Davidsohn (P - B - D0 test has higher falsepositive rate for the diagnosis of IM, therefore its diagnostic value for IM is still under discussion.
