本文对300例牙作严重缺损采用树造拉核冠、螺纹拉核冠修复，对比分析修复效果及失败原困，并提出保留更多的牙体组织，极的选择与设计及钉桩联合固位形的重要性．

300 dentes with serious defect were treated by odontal prothesis using casting postcore crown and prefabricated post-resin core crown. The writer controls and analyses the prothodontic effect and the cause of defection, and emphasize the importance of the preservation of the dental tissue, post-design and post-pins united retentive form.
