摘要
应用免疫络化技术对60例人脑胶质瘤中抑癌基因P53蛋白及PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原)的分布与分级和预后的关系进行了研究。结果显示,P53蛋白抗体的阳性年为25%-81.82%。PCNA的阳性率为0~90.91%。并提示P53表达水平在Ⅱ-Ⅳ级明显高于Ⅰ级,且与PCNA的表达相关。两者的阳性率分布与分级密切相关。对分析胶质瘤的增殖活性和恶性程度及预后有重要意义。
The distribution of tumor supprossor gene P53 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)as well as the relations between the gradings and prognosis of human brain astrocytic neoplasms wereinvestigated with immunohistochemistry. The result showed that the positive ratios of antibody against P53protein were from 25% ~ 81. 82%, which of PCNA were from 0~90.91%. The expression of P53protein in grade Ⅱ~Ⅳ tumors was stronger than in grade I, which was related to expression of PCNA.The grading of the tumor was related to both of the positive ratios distrbution of P53 rpotein and PCNA.The findings suggested that P53 protein and PCNA night be significantly important to analysis ofproliferative activity and malignancy of astrocytomas
