摘要
应用微机因急处理系统对219眼有神经上皮层脱离的中浆患眼眼底荧光血管造影负片进行分析处理,以视盘面积为单位测量早期以及晚期渗漏斑面积、以视盘直径为单位测量渗漏.在以及晚期渗漏斑边缘到黄斑中心凹最近距离。通过相关分析表明:视力与晚期渗漏斑大小至显著负相关(P〈0.01),与晚期渗漏斑边缘到黄斑中心凹最近距离呈显著正相关(P〈0.01)。再按炊烟型和墨渍型渗漏比较视力和上述四个观测值,两型间仅渗漏点到黄斑中心凹距离的差异县统计学显著意义(P〈0.05),炊烟型渗漏点较近黄斑中心凹。
The nagative images of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) of 129 eyes with central serouschorioretinopathy(CSC) having detachment of neurosensory retina (NR) were evaluated by thecomputerized image analysis system. The area of both early and late FFA leaking spots were calculated byusing optic disk area as a quantitative unit, while the nearest distances from the initial leaking points andthe edge of the late leaking spots to the macular foveola wer calculated respectively by using optic diskdiameter. The results of correlation analysis showed that the visual acuity of CSC was correlatedsignificantly negative to the size of the late FFA leaking spots (p<0.01), and positive to the nearestdistance between the edge of the late leaking spot and macular foveola (P < 0.01) . Moreover, comparingthe visual acuity and the above mentioned four measurement values, only the difference of the distancefrom the initial leaking point to the macular foveola between the smokestack leaking and inkblot leakingwas significant statistically (P<0.05). The positions of the smokestack leaking points to the macularfoveola were nearer than those of the inkblot leaking points.
