大鼠视网膜Parvalbumin免疫反应神经元的研究

摘要 本研究应用免疫细胞化学方法,以平铺片为主,结合切片,全面观察了大鼠视网膜PV-I神经元(ParvalbuminImmunoreactiveneuron)的分布,对其数量进行了统计学计数。实验结果表明:正常成年大鼠视网膜PV-I神经无主要位于内核层和节细胞层,细胞染色深浅不一,大小不一,形态不同。内核层的PV-I神经元平均密度709个/mm2。细胞圆形、卵圆形和长椭国形,胞体平均直径6-10μm,主要位于内核层囊内排,也有位于第二排和中间部。节细胞层的PV-I神经元较少,平均密度6个/mm2。胞体大,平均直径13μm,有些细胞与内核层细胞大小、形态相似,PV-I纤维可见于内网层,尤其集中在第1和第5亚层,神经纤维层也有PV-I纤维。上述结果提示:这些细胞是无长突细胞、移位无长突细胞和节细胞。根据内网层PV-I纤维分布在给光中心和撤光中心反应的联系层,提示PV-I神经元在视觉信息处理、传递中起重要的调节作用。 The immunohistochemistry method was used to observe the distribution of parvalbumin inununorective (PV - I) neurons in rat 's retina. The number of PV - I neurons was counted . The results showed that the somata of PV - I nem were boted in the inner nuclear layer(INL) and ganglion cell layer (GCL). The average density of PV - I neurons in INL was 709±4. 8/mm2, they ware round or ellipse and the diameters were 6 - 10m, their soma was mainly in innermost row and a litile in second and driddie row. There were a little neurons in GCL, their average density was 6 ±1. 5/mm2,they were bigger with diameter 13μp. Some neurons in GCL were similar to that of INL. PV - I fibers could be seen in inner plekiform layer(IPL), especially in 1 '5 sublamina , PV - I fibers could the be seen in nerve fiber lay. The results suggested that PV - I neurons in the retina should be amacrine cells、displaced amaerine cells and ganglion cells. The amechon of PV - I fiber in ON Center and OFF Center of IPL indicates that PV - I neurons played an important role in the transition of visual message .
