健康中老年人脂蛋白(α)的检测及与其他血脂的关系

The Study of the Relationship between Lipoprotein(α) and Other Blood Lipids in Healthy Middle Age and Senile People

对116例39－68岁健康的中老年人血中脂蛋白（a）、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B100、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯进行了检测。结果表明：116例健康中老年人血脂蛋白（a）含量为28．80±7．33（mg／l），脂蛋白（a）的浓度与性别、年龄、载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B100、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯的水平无关。

The serum levels of Lp(α), ApoA1, ApoB100, TC, HDL - C, LDL - C, TG of 116 healthy subjects aged 39 - 68 yere in GU Zhen town, Zhongshan , Guangdong were measured . The results showed that the serum comcentration of Lp(α) in 116 healthy subects was 28. 80± 7. 33mg／L and there was on significant correlation among age , sex and othe serum lipids versus Lp(a).
