对振兴船舶工业的几点意见

Some Ideas on the Prosperity of Shipbuilding Industry in China

文中作者提到我国船舶工业近年来发展较快,出口船舶以吨位计,约占全球份额的5％,居世界第3—4位。今后15年世界船舶市场处于较高的需求期,正是发展资金、技术、劳动力三密集的船舶工业的最佳时机。为了更好地发展我国船舶工业,特提出三点意见:(一)大力发展大型、高科技和高附加值船舶;(二)进行船厂技术改造和生产方式的改革,都必须贯彻“先软件后硬件”的原则;(三)加强领导班子和精神文明建设。

This paper points out that the shipbuilding industry in China has gained rapid growth in recent years and the amount of exported ships built has occupied about 3rd to 4th place in the world. The world's ship market in the coming 15 years is within the high demand period, and this is just the best opportunity for developing the shipbuilding industry. There are three ideas on promoting the development of shipbuilding industry in China: 1. Building large, high technology and high value added ships ( 2. Technical reconstruction of shipyards and renovation of mode of production should follow the principle of 'software first and then hardware'; 3. Strengthening the leadership and spiritual civilization of shipyards.
