摘要
目的:观察非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者胃排空时间及普瑞博思对其的疗效。方法:应用放射学技术建立了国人胃排空时间测定。结果:凡食用本标准餐加固体小钡条后6小时,如胃内仍有小钡条应疑有胃排空障碍,7小时仍有小钡条者则可肯定有胃排空障碍。30例NUD,70％(21/30)患者胃排空时间延长,30％(9/30)患者胃排空时间正常。凡胃排空时间延长者服用普瑞博思四周后复查,结果;74％(14/19)患者胃排空时间缩短至正常,26％(5/19)患者胃排空时间无改善。结论:应用放射学技术进行胃排空时间测定方法简单易行,结果可靠。NUD发病确与胃动力障碍有关。普瑞博思为NUD的治疗有效药物。
Background/Aims: To observe gastric emptying time and the therapeutic effect of cisapride (Prepulsid) in NUD patients. Methods: By radiological technique, the stndard method for determination of gastric emptying and its normal value were established. 30 cases of NUD patients had undergone determination of gastric emptying time by the method. Results: Among 30 cases of NUD, 70% (21/30) had prolonged gastric emptying time, and 30% (9/30) normal. Those with prolonged gastric emptying were treated with Prepulsid for 4 week and were then checked again. Results showed 74% (14/19) of patients had their gastric emptying time shortened to normal, and 26% (5/19) had no improvement. Conclusions: The use of radiological technique for determination of gastric emptying time is a simple and convenient method with dependable results. The pathogenetic mechanism of NUD is indeed related with the motor disturbance of stomach. Prepulsid is an effective drug for the treatment of NUD.
