运用协同护理模式对214例老年腹部外科围手术期进行护理。采取对患者从入院至出院全过程的整体护理,有目的、有计划地做好术前教育指导工作,向患者传授术后不适及其控制办法。强调护士——家属——患者三者为一体的协同护理模式,提高患者的自护能力,培养护士成为临床教育者。

Based on 214 cases, this paper gives a report on the practice of collaborative nursing model in the perioperative period of the abdominal surgery of the aged. The practice was conducted on purpose and as scheduled from the patients being admitted into hospital till being discharged from hospital. With this practice, pre - operation instruction was given to the patients for them to become aware of the discomfort after operation and the way of controlling them. The emphasis was given to the collaborative nursing model set up among nurses ?relatives ?patients for the purpose of developing the patients' ability of self - nursing as well as training the nurses to be clinical instructors and creating the nurses'sense of self- satisfaction.
