作者报告18例胸腔镜行肺大泡手术的术前术后的护理体会。胸腔镜手术出血少,手术时间短,恢复快。充分地准备和仔细的术后管理可以减少术后并发症,增加手术疗效。胸腔镜手术能广泛应用。

The authors report the preoperative and postoperative experienaes in the nusing care of 18 patients with bullous emphysema treated by video-assisted thoracoscopy. VATS Video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery is less bleeding. The time of operation and cure is short. The adequate preparation and careful postoperative management may minimize postoperative complications, and increase operative effect, video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery can be widely used.
