关于对碱性岩的认识

Knowledge about Alkalic Rocks

地质界对"碱性岩"的认识至今没有统一。本文在考察岩石特征和分类的基础上,结合众家观点,从岩浆地球化学结晶演化的角度,对碱性岩进行定义,即碱性矿物占多数的火成岩石称为碱性岩,这个定义与传统定义的不同之处是没有SiO_2饱和度的限制。

There is not a consensus on the concept of alkalic rock. On the base of inves tigating its features, classfications and suggestions of other references , we give a definition from the angle of crystallization and evolution of magma in geochemistry, that is , rock in which alkalic minerals are majority is called alkalic one. The difference from the traditional definition is that there is no limit of SiO_2 in this one.
