摘要
本文运用流行病学调查方法,调查了某社区五年间(1991~1995年)实施预防高血压、脑卒中的干预措施可行性和有效性。经实施“管理”、“监测”、“宣教”等干预措施的控制组,其吸烟、饮酒、嗜咸、嗜肥肉、少蔬菜、缺体锻等六项危险因素下降百分比范围为11%一47%,脑卒中死亡率、发病率,高血压患病率分别下降了36%,13%。
Using epidemiological investigation, the feasibility of intervention measures for preventing hypertension and stroke were investigatd during five years (199l ~ 1995) in Community.The present of six risk factors(smoking, drinking, much salt, much fat, less vegetable and less physical exercise) of control groups preforming intervention measures are decreased 11 % ~47 %.The mortality and morbidity of stroke were decreased 36 % and 13 % respectively, the hypertension were controled.
