为取得排球比赛的主动权，加强发球的创新和变化，通过实践和摸索，提出了上手跳发飘球新技术．
The developing direction of each volleyball team is to blaze a new trial service forgaining the initiative of volleyball match. A new tactics, i. e. floating service with top hand andjump is proposed by practice and exploration.
