摘要
采用循环伏安方法研究了超氧化物歧化酶在不同材料电极上的电化学行为,重点报道了在金微盘电极上的电子迁移过程,并计算了电化学反应的参数.
The cyclic voltammograms of superoxide dismutase (Cu,Zn--SOD) were investigatedon various type working electrodes made of different materials, such as glassy carbon, platinum,silver and gold. A quasi--reversible wave has observed only on gold minigrid thin--layer electrodeor gold micro--disk electrode. The electrochemical reaction parameters, such as the formal potential E0, diffusion coefficient D and standard rate constant k0 were estimated.
