太极拳套路结构与传统的阴阳学说

Movement Structure of the Simplified Taichiquan and Yin－Yang Theory of the Traditional Chinese Philosophy

以简式太极拳（简称“太极拳”）练习过程中开合动作频率和身体重心为指标，发现练拳时开合动作频率和、各相邻两组末动作的身体重心变化值的差数和都为0，即圆（Ｏ），与由阴阳组成的、以最简单线条结构出的圆——太极图吻合．从套路结构的运动形态，特别是运动学的空间特征方面，证实太极拳之所以具有鲜明的民族特色，正是因为在其形成发展中遵循了我国传统哲学思想的阴阳学说．

The purpose of this study was to describe the inherent ties between movement struc－ture of the simplifiec Taichiquan and Yin－Yang theory of the traditional Chinese philosophy．During a bout of exercise， the algebraic sum of opening moverments and closing movements and the sum about differences of the shifted body centre of gravity values between the two adjoining final movement of each section of the simplified Taichiquan were found to be a circle respectively，which were identical with the Grand Terminus Diagram， a circle made in Yin and Yang． Thisstudy confirms that in the course of its formation and development，Taichiquan characterized by a distinctive national style has been based on Yin－Yang theory of the traditional Chinese philoso－phy.
