摘要
3.57J能量挫伤兔眼制成钝伤性视神经视网膜病变模型。通过复方樟柳硷的实验性治疗、视诱发电位(VEP)和视神经超微结构的变化显示观察组较对照组提前3周恢复,视网膜电图(ERG)提前1周恢复,证实有良好的治疗效应。复方樟柳硷通过神经反射改善眼部微循环,促进了视细胞和视神经组织结构的修复及其传导功能的恢复,作为治疗钝伤性视神经视网膜病变的有效药物目前在国内是可取的。
The rabbit model eyes with contusive optic neuropathy and retinopathy were treated by compound anisodin. Reconversion of VEP and the change of optic nervous ultrastruc-ture indicated that the recovery in the treating group was 3 weeks earlier than that in the control group and reconversion of ERG in the former group was 1 week earlier than that in the latter group. The result was good. This medicine can promote reparation of optic cells and optic fiber and recoversion of optic nervouos transmission through improving ocular microcirculation. So this medicine can be used to treat contusive optic neuropathy and retinopathy.
