米非司酮在钳刮术中的应用

Application of Mifeprestone in Uterine Curettage Zhao Huixuan, et al(Worder's Hospital of Taiyuan Coal Gasification Company)

在钳刮术前应用米非司酮,可对抗孕酮使子宫肌处于兴奋状态,并且可促内源性前列腺素合成,使胶原合成减弱,于是宫颈软化,扩张。51例中成功33例,有效10例,总有效率达84.3％,表明:米非司酮对宫颈松驰作用明显,可应用在钳刮术前扩张宫口。

From Jan. 1996 to Apr. 1997, 51 pregnancy women were treated with Mifepre-stone to dilate cervix before uterine curettage.Of 51 cases, the medicine was successful in cervical relaxation in 31, and it was effective in 10, and the total effectural rate was 83. 3% . The results indicated that Mifeprestone had an action of dilating cervix, and we suggest that it can be used for dilating cervix before the opration.
