摘要
论述了军用直升机任务效能综合评估的意义、方法,提出了以任务效能为优化目标的直升机综合设计技术,建立了直升机效能-费用模型。
This paper has disscussed the value and method for synthetic evaluation of military helicopters' mission effectiveness; introduced the technology of helicopters' synthetic design, whose optimum object is mission effectiveness; established the effectiveness-cost model of helicopter.
