摘要
直升机传动系统主、尾减速器等传动部件的寿命考核,大量采用等效试车方法进行,对试车大纲中的瞬态载荷循环次数的当量处理是编制大等效比试车大纲的主要困难。本文采用MINER线性累积损伤法则,提出了一种有效的处理方法。并在Z9国产化尾减速器的1:1长试大纲的编制和考核中得到成功的应用。
The life of transmisson component in the helicopter transmission system, such as main gearbox, tail gearbox etc. is tested greatly by using the method of equivalent running test. The equivalent calculating method of the instantaneous loading cycle numbers in the running test program is a difficult problem in writing the running test program of big equivalent ratio This assay abopted the principle of Miner' s linear accumulating damage points an effective solving method, and the method has had a successful use in the writing of the long period testing program (in the ratio of one to one) for the local manufactory tail gearbox of Z9 helicopter and in the testing.
