儿童脑室周围白质软化症的低场强MRI诊断价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨儿童脑室周围白质软化症(PVL)的低场强MRI信号变化和临床表现的关系。方法回顾性分析28例PVL患儿的临床资料和MRI表现。结果(1)轻度:8例,范围局限,仅累及侧脑室三角区或前角周围白质,侧脑室周围白质部分减少,侧脑室无扩大。(2)中度:6例,范围较广泛,侧脑室部分体部白质亦累及,侧脑室部分扩大。(3)重度:14例,累及范围广泛,包括全部侧脑室周围白质,并累及半卵圆区,脑室周围深部白质减少,脑室全部扩大。结论低场强MRI可清楚地显示PVL的病变程度和范围,FLAIR序列能够更加清楚地显示病变。
