摘要
国有运输企业在市场经济体制的转机建制中，摸索出不少经营模式。经探索、实践，走出了一条单车合资股份经营模式之路，经两年多的运行，采取了多种对策，在生产经营中取得了较明显的社会与经济效益。
Under market economical system, state transport enterprises explored some managerial modes. Through practice and taking countermeasure, implementation of vehicle property stock cooperation get obvious social and economical benefit.
