摘要
通过山西客车总厂的现状分析，找出其存在问题的原因，并借中国科协实施“千厂千会协作活动”之东风，提出生存发展该厂的思路。
Through analysing the existing situation of Shanxi provincial bus manufacturing factory, the paper finds out its cause of existing problem and proposes some thoughts on development for existence of the factory.
