摘要
本文运用生物力学的方法,对上海网球队10名运动员正手击球时手腕活动度进行解析,并使用Cybcs-6000型等动肌力测试仪测试握拍手臂肌群力量。结果表明:击球时手腕活动度过大是手腕损伤的主要原因之一;前臂肌群力量相对不足是手腕损伤的另一原因。最后,作者提出了预防和治疗的建议。
Using biomechanical methods,we analysed the wrist activity extent of 10 athletes of Shanghai Tennis Team during forehand playing, and measured the strength of forearm muscles with Cybex 6000. Results show that the excessive extent of wrist activity during playing is one of the main causes of wrist injuries, and the relative deficiency of strength of forearm muscles is another cause of wrist injuries. The relevant advices for prevention and treatment are presented.
