经过30多年的研究表明,温和运动对中老年人增强体能、减少疾病、延缓身体老化过程,有着良好的作用。
Through 30 yearsf study, it is found that easy exercise has good effect on strengthening the mid-aged and old people's physique, decreasing the disease and slowing the process of aging.
