摘要
首先对不同直径的微透镜的耦合效率进行理论分析,然后从腐蚀液的浓度及其腐蚀时间对光纤锥制作过程的影响出发,在光纤端面做出不同直径的微透镜,其耦合效率随直径的变化趋势的理论分析与实测基本一致。
Firstly, the relations between coupling efficiency and diameters of fiber microlens ue andyzied in theory. Then according to the effect of etching solution concentration and etching time on the fiber tapper,the microlens with different diameters arte fabricated. The theory of coupling efficiency agrees with the experimental results.
