摘要
本文介绍了中国铁路工程总公司推行机械设备状态维修制度的一些经验，包括强化保养、加强油水管理、建立合理的状态检测和故障诊断机制等，对工程建筑企业的机械维修制度的改革有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper introduces a number of experience about that the China Railway Engineering Corporation (CREC) carry out the “condition repair system”which includes strengthenning compulsory daily service,reinforcing management of oil and water,setting up a reasonable system about the condition testing and diagnosing.There are certain role in reference to reform the machinery repair system of construction enterprises.
