摘要
本文根据铁路勘测设计系统的工作性质,认为应建立健全适应青年技术人员成长的环境和相应的激励机制,并提出通过相应的实际使用、考核、晋升、奖励、选拔等制度,促使青年技术人员入路后获得有计划培养的一些思路。
Based on the specialities of the works of the railway survey and design departments,we should establish and amplify the environment suitable for the growth of fhe youth in technical staff and the corresponding encouragement systems.As the young people graduated and were employed by railway survey and design departments,they should be put on a series of practical survey,design,research and constrution works, so that they may receive a systematical training to become the talents.The corresponding encouragement systems are the system to assess technical proficiency,to be promoted to a higher office and rank,encourage and reward,selection,etc.
