QUESTIONS ON DEVELOPING SUPERVISING AND MANAGING OF RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION

根据ＦＩＤＩＣ土木施工合同条件的基本原则，通过对铁路和其他行业工程建设监理的比较分析，提出发展铁路工程建设监理的若干建议。

According to the fundamental principles on the conditions of the FIDIC construction contract,by means of the compared analyses on supervising and managing of construction between the railway and other industry,a number of suggestions on developing supervising and managing of railway construction are proposed. 
