摘要
对于40t/轴这一特殊荷载下的重载铁路,马钢铁水线是我国继宝钢铁水线之后的第二条,其中用高炉矿渣等的级配料,成功地处理了软弱地基的,在我国尚属首次。通过对高炉矿渣、钢渣、粉煤灰等所做的一系列试验及对试验段进行的试验表明,上述材料理化性能稳定,本身的强度、磨耗等以及人工级配后的力学性能、最大干密度满足并超过设计要求,是一种强化基床的优质填料,并对基床厚度作了探讨。
As to the heavy-loaded railway under the special load of 40t/axle, the liquid irontransport railway of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. is the second one at home following that ofBaoshan Iron & Steel Co.. It is for the first time in our country that the oozy foundation ofwhich has been successfully treated by the use of grading material such as blast furnace slagetc. A series of testing to the blast furnace slag, steel slag and cinder ash, added with thetesting to the experimental section, has indicated that the physical and chemical property ofthe aforesaid material is stable, and the strength, abrasion, mechanical character after artificial grading and the maximum dry volume density of which has fully met and overtopped therequirements of the design. Therefore it is a kind of high quality filling material for strengthening subgrade bed. And the thickness of subgrade bed has been explored as well.
