摘要
本文通过对铁四院毕业生接收和使用情况以及毕业生素质状况的分析,探讨了吸收和培养高素质人才,加强专业人才队伍建设的一些措施和方法,对推动铁路工程部门科技人才体系的发展和完善有借鉴作用。
As the graduates were accepted and employed by the Fourth Railway Survey andDesign Institute, based on the analyses of these situations and the qualititive state of thegraduates, several measures and methods for accepting and training the highviuality talentsand for strengthening the construction of staff with professional talents are explored. Thesemeasures and methods have the role as reference to promote the development and the integrity of the technical talent system for the railway engineering departments.
