从城市设计的角度谈高层建筑及总平面的设计

SITE PLAN DESIGN OF TALL BUILDING FROM THE VIEW OF ORBAN DESIGN

从分析高层建筑在城市中的特殊地位着手，阐述了高层建筑总平面设计与城市规划和城市设计的关系，提出高层建筑的总平面设计从城市设计的角度去认识，在符合城市立法标准的前提下，应从视觉通廊的维护、城市公共空间的设计以及城市轮廓线的创造这三方面去考虑。宏观上把握对城市的认知，微观上针对基地的具体特点，只有这二者的全面考虑。

The special effects of tall building to current city are discussed and the view of site plan design of tall building should be analysised by urban design is proposed . Three aspects of tall building design are studied: view corrider, urban public space- square and street city skyline The study is trying to include both the wide contents of site plan of tall building and the certain depth of architectural design theory.
