摘要 Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of Faeces Trogopterus (FT) on gastric mucosa. Methods: Thirty-four patients of gastric ulcer were treated with FT and compared with a control group treated with Ranitidine. In the experimental study, the Shay model of rats was used. Results: The curative rate of FT in treating duodenal ulcer of six weeks was 70. 59 % and the total effective rate was 91. 18 %. Results of the experimental study showed the protective effects of FT on gastric mucosa. Conclusion: FT could inhibit gastric secretion and regulate gastric mucosal blood flow so as to enhance mucosal defense.
