本文通过对环境质量标准的特点以及对存在于环境质量标准中的两种主要模糊性的分析,提出了关于在进行环境质量模糊评价中具有普遍适用性的隶属函数模型,并对环境质量模糊评价的一般方法与步骤进行了概述,以便探讨具有普遍适用意义的模糊评价方法。

In the paper, the general model of subordinate function of environmental quality fuzzy assessment is put forward through the analysis of the characteristic of enviromental quality standard and the two main kinds of fuzzy characters in the environmental quality standard. And the general methods and steps of environmental quality fuzzy assessment are summarized to probe into the fuzzy assessment method with generally applicable significance.
