某些氨基硫脲、缩氨基硫脲的抗细菌作用研究

Studies On the Antibacterial Activity of Some Thiosemicarbazides and Thiosemicarbazones

本文报导了三种氨基硫脲、香草醛脲(4—苯基)氨基硫脲及后者的铜(Ⅱ)、锌(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)配合物共八种化合物的体外抗细菌作用。所选菌种为三种常见细菌,它们分别是枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌,实验结果表明,香草醛缩(4—苯基)氨基硫脲在所试浓度范围内没有抗菌活性,部分配合物及氨基硫脲在较高浓度时呈现出一定的抗菌活性。

In this paper, antibacterial activity of three thiosemicarbazides, vanillin 4-phenylthiosemicarbazone and its Cu( II ),Cd(III) ,Ni(II),Zn(II) complexes against Bacillus subtlis, Staphylococcus auteus and Escherichia coli were tested. The results indicate that these compounds have little or no antibacterial activity. Structaral factors effecting the activity of these compourds have also been discussed.
