Glycosides of Hoderagonin from Decaisnea Fargesii

从木通科鬼拐头(Decaisnea fargesii)植物中分离出一个单体化合物,经光谱(FAB—MS,~1H-NMR,~BC-NMR)分析和化学方法鉴定为川续断皂甙B(Ⅰ)。

One compound was isolated from Chinese medcinal plant (Decaisnea fargesit). Its structure was established by means of chemical and spetroscopic evidence as follows :3-0-p-D-a-L- rham-nopyranosyl( 1→2) - a - L - arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-a-L- rhamnopyranosyl( l→4) - p - D - ghucopyranosyl( 1→6) -p - D - ghucopyranoside.
