平车前愈伤组织的诱导和继代培养 被引量:2

摘要 平车前受精胚珠、叶及根分别接种于MS+2.4—D2mg/L+ZT0.1mg/L、MS+2.4-D1mg/L+ZT0.1mg/L及MS+2.4-D1mg/L+NAAmg/L+ZT0.1mg/L培养基上,均能脱分化产生愈伤组织,继代培养获大量愈伤组织. This paper reported that they can dedifferente and form a great deal of callus whenthe unripe seeds and petiole of Plantago Depressa Willd are cultivated and then subcul-tured in the media of MS+2. 4-D2mg/L+ZT0. 1mg/L,MS+2. 4-D1mg/L+ZT0. 1mg/L and MS+2. 4-D1mg/L+NAA1mg/L+ZTO0 1mg/L.
